Details:

• Responsible for working in a 24x7 Helpdesk support Centre located Jaipur.
• Customer Support level 1/2/3 supports calls and troubleshoot problems.
• Building network topology for leased line customers and providing end-user Internet solutions.
• Monitoring round the clock Business Critical Applications, Servers & Network devices. Monitoring & Alerting to improve IT performance and uptime.
• Supported Technologies – Routers Switches, Firewall, Windows, Linux OS

Skills Required:

•  Computer Engineer / EC Engineering Or Overall 2-4 years of experience in Computer Networking.
• CCNA, CCNP Or any networking/security Postgraduate Diploma
• Experience in Mikrotik/ Cisco/ Juniper switches and routers.
